Pilates + Movement


Pilates is an exercise system created by Joseph Pilates  and can be done by anyone.  I teach mat and spring pilates which is the foundation to more advanced movements done on equipment like reformers.  We use props like small Pilates balls. foam rollers and a "magic" ring.  

 

Regardless of your fitness levels, Pilates will help increase your core strength, flexibility and stability.

Mat + Springs Pilates Resumes September 27,  2025

 

All levels of fitness are welcome to join mat pilates sessions on: 

 

  • Saturday mornings @ 196 Hanover Street, Portsmouth, NH
    at 9:00AM 
  • Drop in for any session for $30
  • Venmo, cash or check accepted
  • Register using form to the side. 

 

  • Private Pilates Session:  Fridays between 10:00AM - 2:00PM.  York, Maine

 

  • In-Home Pilates:  Bring Pilates to yourself.  Custom a program at your home for you and/or you + friends.  In-home Pilates are great for a ladies night, bachelorette parties, or couples that want to get fit together in the privacy of your own space.
